Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Allaia Studio handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us - your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your business when you message, call or email us. This website does not host a contact form and does not require you to create an account.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver services if you become a client. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services to you or where required by law.
Messaging platforms
Our primary contact routes are third-party messaging services such as Facebook Messenger and Viber. When you contact us that way, your message is also handled under that provider's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, and for any period required by law or by our contractual and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@allaiastudio.com.
