These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for our services - paid engagements are governed by the separate signed agreement between you and Allaia Studio.

Information on this site describes our services in general terms and is provided for information only. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of any particular commercial result. Advertising performance depends on factors including your market, offer, budget and operations, and past campaign performance does not guarantee future results.

Engagements

Scope, fees, contract length and deliverables are set out in your signed agreement. Our standard engagements run for a minimum term to allow proper testing and optimisation. Where this site describes plan inclusions, those descriptions are indicative and the signed agreement prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

Intellectual property

The Allaia Studio name, logo, site design and content are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Ownership of campaign deliverables is addressed in your agreement.

Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party advertising and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account decisions or pricing changes, though we will work with you to respond to them.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
