I closed a sale and I’m still working on booking the account. The sale is from your ads - a 1200sqm lot in Miravera. This is my very first sale with ALP.
May na-close na akong isang client, pero dalawang unit kinuha nila. Based sila sa US, na-close ko lang online. Dalawang 1BR units sa The Seasons, around 50M TCP.
The inquiries are good quality and madami din per day. I actually did a tripping already, positive naman - just waiting for the client’s final decision on a 2BR suite in Parklinks.
